NPS began in 2009, delivering plumbing maintenance services to local government clients. Built on strong relationships, reliable service and a commitment to doing the job right, we quickly established a reputation as a trusted partner in essential infrastructure and maintenance services.

As our clients’ needs evolved, so did we. Over the years, NPS expanded into civil plumbing, water metering and infrastructure services, broadening our expertise and strengthening our ability to support communities, utilities and commercial partners. Through strategic growth and investment in our people, we’ve continued to create new opportunities for our team and clients alike.

Today, NPS delivers plumbing, and water infrastructure solutions nationally, partnering with major water authorities, government organisations and commercial clients. While our business has grown significantly, our approach remains the same, combining the capability and expertise of a large organisation with the care, agility and connection of a family-owned business.
